Hi

I'm trying to send myself a follow-up email when a form is submitted via our website. All is working fine except two issues:

1. One of the form questions is “How would you rate O&M's presenter?”. I can’t seem to get this information through to the email it always shows {HowwouldyourateOMspresenter}. Have I got the code correct? I was unsure what special characters I needed to remove.
2. Is it possible to pass the name of the form the user has completed as the email subject in the follow-up email?
