    Contour Edit Profile Page Help

I have a working Member Form using Contour and Contour Member Tools.

I want to allow my Members to update their profile. I found Tim Geyssens' helpful post here http://www.nibble.be/?p=106 and began following it's instruction.

However, the new fields were not pulling in the default data when I used {member.name} as the default for instance. Also, when I put three fields in a row, it was hiding the second and third, depending on if I entered that default or not (if I left no default, I'd see the next fields).

Also, what do I use for a default of a dropdown menu? Is it just {member.DropdownPropertyName}?

Lastly, once done, do I just treat it as "add a member" like I did in the original form? The walk-through doesn't seem to answer that.

Versions should be ok only thing is that the dropdown thing is a bug that has been fixed in the recent Contour version

And there is an update member workflow that you should use for the profile
