Form fields losing values when clicking on previous

    Hi

I am finding that certain Contour form fields are losing their values when i go back in the form by clicking on Previous. This seems to happen with dropdown lists and date fields.

Also, the date fields revert to US date format (instead of UK) when you click on Previous/Back.

We are running umbraco v 4.11.4 (Assembly version: 1.0.4780.19111), with Contour 3.0.7

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Claire

    Hi Claire,

I would suggest that you upgrade to 3.0.9 details can be found here http://our.umbraco.org/projects/umbraco-pro/contour/documentation/Installation/Upgrade

That should definitly resolve the issue with the dropdown list, will take a look at the other issues

    Hi Tim

Sorry, I just found out we have already patched to that level (the version number doesnt update in the Installed packages directory), but we are still experiencing both problems.

    Thanks

    Hi Claire,

I've just tested this in Contour 3.0.9 and both the dropdown and date field hold the date when moving between pages, tested in Chrome and Internet explorer

Do you have any more details on how to reproduce the issue?

    Hi Tim

It would be easier if I send you a link to the form itself, but it's not something I can share publicly. Would it be possible for you to email me at [email protected] and I will forward you the links to forms where this occurs?

    Many thanks

    Claire
