I'm following WB's excellent video series but am now stuck when trying to deploy the site that's been "built" into a DEV domain ie Localhost. I notice that in the video (EP9), when Warren creates a new umbraco site that Contour is available in the section (forgive my incorrect use of terminology).
However, when I create a new Umbraco site (following the guide in EP1), Contour is missing (and yes, I've purchased Contour and yes the site that I'm building can save emails).
I've checked and bin\umbracoForms.lic is there in the new site (and it matches my LIC) - there are other problems that I'm encountering too (ie the deployed site isn't working) but that's for another post.
What am I doing wrong? Must I install contour everytime from scratch when creating a new localhost website?

Forgot to add that I'm using the latest Umbraco (6.1.1) and Contour builds.
