    Export options question

    I have a contour form which has a multi checkbox, a customer could select multiple free product(s) they would like. When the data is exported to Excel the data comes as below ( - separates each field in this example)

    Name - Address - Free product

    Bob - Some Address - Handwash, soap, toothpast, aftershave
    Tom - Another Address - Handwash

    I think the answer is no but when exporting could the multiple products be exported as

    Bob - Some Address - Handwash - soap - toothpast - aftershave

    Hope that makes sense.

    Hey,

    Easiest would be to just handle this in excel, think you can use this function http://www.techonthenet.com/excel/formulas/substitute.php

    Ah if you want to split to field you can use the text to columns function in excel http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=neDUOYk8hyU
