In our installation, the /umbraco directory has been moved for security reasons (not sure if this is related). With Umbraco v. 4.11.8 and Contour 3.0.14, and Contour 3.0.15WIP:
Right click on Forms in the tree, Choose Create, Enter a new form name, click Create results in a 404 error.
Yeah looks like Contour has some hardcoded /umbraco paths in there so what I would suggest is just copy the contents of /customdir/plugins/umbracocontour/ to /umbraco/plugins/umbracocontour that should fix it and your backoffice will still be at /customdir
Also created an issue for this in our tracker http://issues.umbraco.org/issue/CON-431 (so we'll fix this but for now the fastest solution is to move the contour dir)
404 error creating new form in contour

The attempted URL is http://[SITE]/umbraco/plugins/umbracoContour/editForm.aspx?guid=[guid here]
I've even duplicated the /umbraco/plugins/umbracoContour directory structure to mimic the url above, but still receive the 404 error.
