Export a form to ucf and then try an import it back in. "An item with the same key has already been added."
But the new form is created correctly with a new GUID.
Should this error be hidden or does it indicate something else that might be an issue when the forms are used?

now i can not delete any of the forms, not the imported copies or the original or a completely separate form.
Nothing in event log or the logging table but popup in UI states
Error handling action Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
