Missing Contour section

Hi guys

I have just followed the guide on installing Contour manually but now that I'm done going through all of the steps the Contour section is missing?

I followed the steps described here http://our.umbraco.org/projects/umbraco-pro/contour/documentation/installation/Manual

I'm installing Contour 3.0.16 on Umbraco 4.11.

In the guide thee is no mention of editing the tree config but I merged that one from a previous install...can't figure out where to look. I have also added the UI stuff in ui.xml...

Any hints appreciated.

Log in as admin and then you should see the section if you edit a user..give access to the users you want :)
