Changes in settings not saved

Hi,

When changing settings such as "Show validation summary", or "Hide field validation labels", and saving the form it looks good. However, the settings arent getting saved when i revisit the settings page for a form.

Im using verison 3.0.15 with a valid license.

Could it be that you have a code first form? Then manual changes will be overwritten...

Nopes, the form is built in the UI.
Contour is upgraded a couple of times though, migh be some conflict?

Can't reproduce :( yeah I would recommend to do another upgrade to make sure all files are from the same version
