Adding text to a Contour form

I have been asked to create a complicated form that has a lot of text as well as fields.

How do I go about adding text into a Countor form?

    i.e

    Title  [field]
    FIrst name [field]
    Surname [field]
    Address [field]
    Postcode [field]
    Email [field]
    Daytime telephone [field]
    Evening telephone [field]
Your address and contact details will not usually be released unless necessary or to deal with your complaint.
However, we will tell the following people that you have made this complaint:-
     ·         The Member(s) you are complaining about
    ·         The Monitoring Officer of the authority
    ·         The Parish or Town Clerk (if applicable)
We will tell them your name and give them a summary of your complaint.  We will give them full details of your complaint where necessary or appropriate to be able to deal with it.  If you have serious concerns about your name and a summary, or details of your complaint being released, please complete section 6 of this form.

    etc etc

    Steve,

I use Sebastiaan's Contour Contrib package to add a label to my contour forms. It also has some other nice features which could come in handy!

If you are using Contour 3.0, take a look at the code first approach as well and see if that can help. There is some solid documentation which should get you started in the right direction.
