Hi Krishna and welcome to our :)

How did you install Contour - Did you do it manually or by using the package?

    Hi Krishna

Ok...did you perhaps miss a step from the installation guide?

    What database are you using?

    /Jan

    Hi Krishna

Could you try looking for this in the web.config ContourFormBuilderHttpModule - What happens if you remove all entries with this name?

    /Jan

Maybe missing an assembly? Do you have Umbraco.Forms.Core in the bin dir?

    Tim & Jan,
