Currently in Contour you can export a form and import a form between Umbraco installs.  However, if a form is imported, it always creates a new form.  There is no way to update or overwrite an exsiting form.  

This is a problem for automated deployment scenarios where we use Courier or something similar to deploy content / media / forms from a content staging installation to a live installation.  

How is everyone dealing with this?  Do you simply not use Contour?  Do you copy the entire DB or use some external tool to like Redgate to merge the databases?

Any recommendations?
