    On submit form - No provider with id '00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000' found

    We've upgraded from 6 to 7.1.4, the existing forms when submitted get the error on the web page

    No provider with id '00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000' found

    It only happens if the form has an email workflow, if I remove the email workflow then I get the 'Thank You' screen.

    If I put the email workflow back and I set a 'Send To Page' value then it works, that's not how it's worked previously though. There's no error in the logs
