I'm developing a site for a client which will use Contour. However, we're currently using a test domain as a preview area for the new website. Once this has been finished and signed-off, the site will be installed on their live domain in place of their old site.
Is there a way to designate a test or temporary domain for Contour to run on, or can the domain be changed to accommodate this?
Hmm, that's the thing, it's a different domain completely - e.g. www.clienttestdomain.com and www.clientlivedomain.com. Does this mean we need to licenses? Is there any way I can map a sub-domain of the live site to the test domain. Would that even work?
Install contour on test domain

Thanks all...

Hi Dan,
Contour is licensed per domain. So if it can be used an all subdomains (www.domain.com, test.domain.com, dev.domain.com).
So if your test url is in the same domain you should be fine.

*two licenses* not *to licenses*

Hi Dan,
It's possible to buy additional domains. EUR59 for a domain. I'll contact you with some more details.
Cheers,
Tim
