    Data source form not saving to MSSQL Table

    I've set-up a very simple form to test out creating a form from a data source. The problem I have is the submitted data is not saved in the database.

    I have no errors so this is baffling.

    Using Umbraco 7.1.4 and Contour 3.0.21
