    Contour forms 'Disappeared'

    Contour

    Hi all,

    I have an old legacy site (v4.7.1) which has contour installed (v1.1.11) and I need to add an additional field to one of the contour forms but.....I can't see the forms in the back end of Umbraco. The forms exist and function normally but when I expand the form tabs in the contour section of Umbraco no forms are displayed.

    I've tried republishing the entire site to see if it was a caching problem but this has had no effect.

    Has anyone seen this before? Can anyone help?

    Hi Craig

    Do you see any error messages in the browser console log? Has anything been done to the site?

    Hi Jan,

    There's no error messages that I can see. The site is hosted externally I don't 'think' that the environment that its running in has changed at all.

    Hi Craig

    Hmm that's really odd - I'm suspecting it might be a permission issue then. Could you have the host check just to see if something has gone wrong in their end?

    Have you tried using another browser to rule out that it's not a browser caching issue?
