I need to populate a dropdown list based on the selection of another dropdown list all within the same form page (i.e. I can’t have the fields on separate pages hence cannot utilise a custom workflow step). The dropdown lists are populated from a SQL database and I am currently utilising Contour pre-value sources to accomplish this.

Has anyone done this before or have any ideas as to the best way of achieving this??
