A "Post to Url" workflow randomly stopped working. The form captures the info, sends email but stopped posting the data to a Url. I turned on Debug level logging, but nothing about the Contour forms appears in the log. How would I go about determining why the Post ot Url funtion stopped working? Any ideas are appreciated.

Hey Clark, which version of Contour are you running, in older version some exceptions could get swallowed so I would advise to upgrade to the latest.
