    Performance issues when running Contour on SQL Azure

    Hi,

    We are experiencing performance issues when submitting the form. The site is hosted on Azure using SQL Azure Standard S0.

    We are running Umbraco v7.2.1 and Contour 3.0.28

    We already added some additional indexes but we don't think this can be fixed by adding more indexes.

    Below a screenshot of intelliTrace events, we see a lot of deletions and 1 insert what we think that causes the performance impact.

    Does someone has a solution for this?

    Hey Stephan,

    It's due to the way Contour is made, is it an option for you to upgrade to Umbraco v7 and Umbraco Forms since a lot has changed in that version (it does a lot less db calls)
