    Contour Email Setup

    Hi there,

    i created a form, added the workflow as its mentioned in guide

    i updated my umbracosettings.Config to add my email

    i update my web.config file

    Still i am not getting any email when we submit the forms.

    Can somebody help us here.

    What version of umbraco are you using? Is it Contour form or umbraco form?

    If contour, is it trial or purchased?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reply

    Umbraco version is 7.1.6

    its contour form and we paid for licence

    and we put the licence file in bin directory.

    Ok contour licence applies for 1 local and 2 production or 2 local and 1 production. I dont remember exactly.

    So are you using the local one or server one? Do you have SMTP access? Have you checked if the licence has the domains and IP's added?

    Can you check if Umbraco can send out notifications (so if you subscribe to for example the publish notification with a user)

    Also check "entries" if it is even submitting

    HI there

    Tim Geyssens the entries are visible on Umbraco but no email at all... Contour still not sending email....

    Swathi I am not so good with stuff you said... but how can I check if licence has the domain and IP's added? Please advice...
