Hi Ran,
Yes you can, when you are in the workflow you can use this syntax in the email receiver field {fieldname}
https://our.umbraco.org/projects/umbraco-pro/contour/documentation/Editor/Attaching-Workflows/
If your email field has a name of Email then it should be {email} and if your field name is Email address then the syntax should be {emailaddress}
