    Contour licence

    We are currently using Umbraco 6 with Contour. It was previously working fine.

    We have recently upgraded our web servers and as a result, the Contour forms are now no longer working. Checking the log file for the licence, it appears that the licence isn't working in the new environment.

    It says that the licence isn't registered for the Domain / IP. We originally registered it for our domain. Publicly the IPs for the new servers are the same and the domain has not changed.

    We have changed from Windows 2008 / IIS 7.5 to Windows 2012 IIS 8.

    Do we need to have the key regenerated?
