Exporting Form entries to XSL - out makes no sense
I've tried to export form entries to Excel- format. Sort of with luck. The problem is it messes up danish characters and the coloums are not applied. Which renders the export useless for my customer. All entries per form submitted get flung into coloum A and not, as expected, a coloum for every form field. What to do?

Hi Kim, :-)
I think that you are having this same issue as these guys in this thread
https://our.umbraco.org/forum/ourumb-dev-forum/bugs/70581-danish-letters-aeoeaa-disapers-in-csv-export-from-umbraco-forms
Try to see this issue you http://issues.umbraco.org/issue/CON-730 can this help you. If not then please create a issue on tracker for this, so it can be solved. http://issues.umbraco.org/issues/CON
Hope this helps,

Hi Dennis. Have already tried the workaround for the charracter issue ( http://issues.umbraco.org/issue/CON-730 ) as you suggested - still no fixie :D
As Allan points out here, https://our.umbraco.org/forum/ourumb-dev-forum/bugs/70581-danish-letters-aeoeaa-disapers-in-csv-export-from-umbraco-forms, the character issue is nonexisting when opened in Docs - but Docs introduces a row issues for me as it seems it makes a new row for every newline entered in a forms textarea.
The problem with the columns when opened in Excel - any thread on that?
is working on a reply...
