I have a Contour form that appears on multiple pages in my site. The page it is submitted on is important information for the recipient of the emails that get sent out by the workflow step.

What is the easiest, most quick and dirty way of including the URL in the submission? I see that it is listed in the list of entries, but it would be awesome if I could include it in an email without having to do something fancy (e.g., custom workflow step, manual URL field, or building a full XSLT email).
