We are setting up a contact form in Contour where we have added a File upload field that we only want to be shown if the value 'Vedhæftes' has been chosen from the drop down list defined in the previous field of the form, but when we add the conditions to the File upload field, update the field and save, the conditions we have set disappear and the File upload field doesn't show up when the value 'Vedhæftes' is chosen in testing the contact form.
Well the first isn't an entry but just the controls to add a condition. So you can't use the first entry, and need to hit the plus sign an use the second entry like the picture blow,
Remember to hit update field, and save the form as well.

We're using Umbraco v6.2.5 and Contour v3.0.28.
