Issue when tying to create a customer license for Umbraco Forms

Wondering if anyone can shine some light on an issue I'm having when trying to create a customer license for Umbraco forms:

After entering all of the domains on this page http://umbraco.com/profile/options/create-customer-licenses/ and submitting I'm getting redirected to http://umbraco.com/feeds/videos/getting-started/ which is an XML file and the license has not been created

Any help would be appreciated
