    Transfer Error

Courier has been installed on our test and production servers.  We tried using it for the first time and received the following error:

    Transfer Error!

There was a problem connecting to the target server 'www.co-opthink.org'.

    How to solve

This error occured because Umbraco Courier on this server was unable to communicate with the target server. Please check that:

    ·    The url for the target server is correct: 'www.co-opthink.org'

    ·    That Umbraco Courier is installed on the target server as well

    ·    That this server are able to reach and communicate with 'www.co-opthink.org' via HTTP, port 80 (you might need to consult a network admin to verify)

Settings for Courier can be changed in the file
    /umbraco/plugins/UmbracoCourier/Settings/courier.config

What are typical causes of this?  The three suggestions are satisfied.
