Pardon my noobishness.  I've looked at some documentation for courier but can't seem to discern if a release set can be created with Courier.  By that I mean a list of specific files (that can exist in different areas of the site) that I want to publish all at once.  

The Courier homepage mentions marketing campaigns, so I assumed this was a possibility, but it seems the only way to promote files is to right-click on each node to do it (unless they're all under one node, which isn't always the case).
