I need to be able to view a webpage before it is published so certain people within my organisation can approve it. At first I thought I needed Courier to do this.
However, the Preview functon when editing Content does this as well.
Why does one need Courier then? What does it do that Preview doesn't do?
Courier is primarily used for deployment of your website so it's a breeze to move it from your local development environment to your live website when you have been making changes etc.
How did you get the notion that it should be used for previewing the site? :-)
I never had an issue with uploading an Umbraco site to production, its a pretty easy thing to do. I just assumed it must do something else in addition to that.
