We just bought a license of Courier and at the end of the documentation (should be earlier!) in the section “Indentifying files, links, etc” says you need to configure a section for 3rd party Datatypes. Since we found uComponents very useful, installed this package and created many Document Types using their types. Does someone have configured the
section for uComponents.
Will be very helpful if somebody shares this file (\umbraco\plugins\UmbracoCourier\Settings\courier.config) or section.
* Courier documentation errors: - Umbraco_Courier_Manual.pdf is not up to date (even it says somewhere is “Not version dependant”): web links point to non-existing pages, references to folders are wrong - Version in package.xml is incorrect
<version>1.3</version> but <readme> section inside this same file and which is displayed in Umbraco says 1.2 <readme>Umbraco Courier ... Remember that Courier 1.2 only works with Umbraco 4.x</readme>
Synch uComponents with Courier

Umbraco v 4.5.2
Courier 1.3* (even inside Umbraco says 1.2)
uComponents 2.0.1.0
* Courier documentation errors:
- Umbraco_Courier_Manual.pdf is not up to date (even it says somewhere is “Not version dependant”): web links point to non-existing pages, references to folders are wrong

<version>1.3</version>
but <readme> section inside this same file and which is displayed in Umbraco says 1.2

PS: Found many posts telling about problems to use Courier with uComponents and the lack of support
http://our.umbraco.org/forum/umbraco-pro/courier/16467-Courier-does-not-work-when-UComponent-is-installed
http://our.umbraco.org/forum/umbraco-pro/courier/10075-Does-Courier-work-in-the-new-45-umbraco-version
but in our installation no exceptions so far.
Not very promising when you found so many errors for a package you pay for.
is working on a reply...
