    error message

    Hi

     

    I try to transfer content but receive this error. Because the error message mentioned stylesheets, i tried to transfer a stylesheet (and got the same error).

    Anyone any idea what the problem is?

    Hey

    The error message is a 404 error, which means the webservice could not be found on the site you are trying to use with courier.

    Ensure that courier is installed on both sites

    Hi Per

    The problem is not the installation.  It's a brand new umbraco installation with a brand new courrier. 

    After a investigating the problem it seems to be a firewall issue.

    Hi

    Due to firewall issues, we need to update the website using another domain.  Therefor we need to update the license file.  We already entered the informtion into the helpdesk box, called and entered the new information in the contact box, but we don't get a reply.  This is getting pretty urgent.

    Can you look into this issue?
