    Courier 2 not automatically transfering PDFs

    I know everyone's very excited about Courier 2.5, but I have a problem wtih Courier 2 that I wanted to shoot out there.

    When I create a hyperlink to a PDF file, Courier does not automatically include that as a dependency.  Has anyone else had this problem?  I saw that in Courier 1 you could just include PDF as a fileExtension to make it work, but I can't find the same in Courier 2.
