Add dialog doesn't work in Chrome

Been using Chrome V2 on a site for some time, and just updated to V2.5.1.

After updating the add dialog doesn't seem to work i my primary browser Google Chrome. See attached screenshot.

Site is Umbraco V4.7.0, Chrome is V16.0.912.75, Courier V2.5.1 manual install. I followed the upgrade procedure described in the "Installation and Configuration" PDF.
