Here's the senario I'm finding.  I was hoping the community has some suggestions to get us going.

There are two servers STAGE and LIVE and let's say it's the 1st of the the month.  If I want to schedule a page to change on the 2nd, I make changes in TEST, set the "Publish at" date to the 2nd, then click "Save" (not "Save and Publish).  This seems to work fine in TEST.  However, if I use Courier to send the page to LIVE it deletes any previous version of the page and automatically publishes the latest content, even though it is not set to go live until the 2nd.
