    'Courier' license question

I read other posts but here we go again. I just want to make sure.

I have a top level domain that has site files in it that i want to use on another top level domain as a starting point for the new top level domain wesite. Can I use one license for that?

Then i want to do the same thing for another new website as a starting package which will be another top level domain can i move the license to the new domain and still use a single license this way?

The purpose i need it for is to just setup the new site initally then i don't need Courer for the new site anymore.

I would like to just buy a single license for the first domain where i keep all the site setups but transfer packages to new sites i setup as needed.

Do i understand this correctly or do i need to buy a license for every new site i want to setup?

I was looking at the express version for this purpose.

    Thanks

How about this - Can i just use Courier to create a package (ZIP) and then just use the standard load local package in the devloper section to put it on a new site?
