I've got a 4.7 site running courier 2.5 and when I push a transfer from dev to live the live site grinds to a halt for anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute or more. I know that Courier locks down the DB durring a transfer, but why would that effect the front end user? Is this a configuration issue?
