We've just setup a Courier test environment based on:
Windows 2008
2 x IIS 7.5 sites
ASP.NET 4.0
Umbraco 4.11.8
Umbraco Simple Starter Kit 1.0
Courier 2.7.8.7.v4
Courier was installed after the source site was duplicated into the target site. The only initial content consisted on the starter kit pages (home, "installing modules", "go further", "getting started")
For some reason, existing content at the time of the duplication can be transferred over but new content or copies of existing content cannot. Is there any setting or permission we are missing for this?
Our latests tests on umbraco 4.11.10 with the starter site and Courier 2.7.8.15 have most issues fixed except for transferring scheduled content. Let us know when an updated Courier is around. Almost there!

Yup, caught that error last week as far as I recall, so should be fixed in 2.7.8.14 and 2.7.8.15
