It looks like everything was transferred, data types, doctype, template (defintion + .aspx file), macro (definition + .cshtml file) etc. The document also has a template selected.
But when I publish the document no link is generated (e.g. the "Link to document" remains #) and when I browse to what should be its URL, I see "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."
Publishing is the very last step of the deploy process, since it involves umbracos core api's. In some cases these was called because the process exited too early, but this has been fixed in 2.7.8.14+
