I am wondering if it's possible to commit Courier packages to source control, and then call into Courier from MSBuild, or the command line, or maybe even Application_Start, to deploy them into an Umbraco instance.

We need to automate deployment of an Umbraco website from development to staging, acceptation and finally production. It's too much hassle to manually install Courier packages.
