When editing a revision's contents, after I click the [Add] button for Files or Folders, the pop-up remains empty. I checked the Ajax request, and I noticed that the request to /umbraco/plugins/courier/webservices/treedata.ashx?id=2ab3b250-e28d-11df-85ca-0800200c9a66&_=1376922862291 returns an empty array.
By default the files and folders provider is empty, since you need to configure where it should look for files. We keep it empty by default to avoid editors selecting files that should be locked down:
