Null reference at Umbraco.Courier.UI.Dialogs.CommitItem.OnInit(EventArgs e)
Hi,
Just downloaded latest version of courier for Umbraco 4.10.1. Installed it on both sites. When I click the courier icon and select Deploy > Select an Item type > I select anything I receive an error:
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at Umbraco.Courier.UI.Dialogs.CommitItem.OnInit(EventArgs e)
at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer)
at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint)
A couple of things though:
I did have courier installed about 1 year ago and had it working. I wasn't in a position to use it at the time but figured i could just in paste in the license and all would be well. It didn't work so I uninstalled the old version and reinstalled the new version and noticed it left some things behind. For e.g. I now see 2 of everything in the courier page.
Also, I don't use the root umbraco folder. I didn't want others trying to access my customers sites via the umbraco/login.aspx path so I created a new folder and moved all of the umbraco files to there and changed the umbraco path in the web.config to admin. So now customers can login /admin/login.aspx etc and now I'm wondering if this is whats breaking courier?
As a test I put the original Umbraco folder back with its files but still no joy.
I've tried several things but have run out of ideas.

The log doesn't reveal much either:
