I was wondering, if Courier runs in a load balanced setup, does the /app_data/Courier folder needs to be replicated by a DFS system to the 2nd environment or does it have to be excluded?
On verison 4 and 6 of Umbraco it works fine in a load balanced setup. The only challenge I've come across in the last few years is that you need to sync your media folder with something like robocopy or shared nas drive etc (lots of articles on this). You don't need to sync any other files as Umbraco / Courier handle the publishing etc on each distributed server setup.
Courier on load-balanced Umbraco
Hello,

thanks,

Hope that helps
