    Media type subfolders is empty after Courier issue

    Hi Team,

    I m facing Media Type subfolders showing empty after courier one of the pics. Please ASAP.

    Hi mukesh

    Sorry, this got overlooked - this has been an issue in the past with an older version of courier.

    Short term You can fix it by opening up the folder media type and setting allowed media types on it.

    Long term, you should update to a newer version, do you know which version you are currently on?
