    Dictionary keys got wrong parent

    Hi,

    When transferring Dictionary keys to an other environment most of them are assigned to the root parent.

    I tried to delete them on the other environment but that did not help.

    We have this issue on Umbraco 7.2.6 running Courier 2.50.1.v7
