Courier - Sequence contains more than one matching element

Trying to use Courier. Went to publish a node from my localhost to my remote host - which shows up in the picklist. So I choose that, it starts "collecting" and then get the following error:

    SOMETHING WENT WRONG :(

Here is some technical information that might help shed some light on whats happened:

    Message: Internal Server Error

Exception Message: Sequence contains more than one matching element

    Exception Type: System.InvalidOperationException

Stack Trace: at Umbraco.Courier.Core.TaskManager.GetSuccessfulProcessedTasks() at Umbraco.Courier.UI.Dialogs.CommitItem.GetTask(String id)

I am able to publish other nodes successfully, but not this one. Ideas?

    Erik
