    Use Courier 2 with a Custom Membership Provider

    I am trying out Courier 2.51.4, and I am using a custom MembershipProvider for roles. I am unable to create a revision that includes member group dependencies. Once the package is created, the revision details list doesn’t contain any MemberGroups section. I was wondering if there's any way of getting around that. What is the correct and supported way of doing this?
