    Startnodes are still not working in any version of Umbraco 8

    Hi,

    In Umbraco 8 when non-root startnodes (content and media) are set in a usergroup they wont show up correctly in the trees.

    This bug has been around for a long time, various solutions have been suggested on Github (https://github.com/umbraco/Umbraco-CMS/pull/5418 and https://github.com/umbraco/Umbraco-CMS/pull/6687) but for some reason they are still not included/fixed in the Umbraco releases.

    How can this problem, which in my view is basic functionality of Umbraco, be brought to the attention?
