The list view loads and my child pages are rendered but the CSS defined in the package.manifest doesn't load.
I copied the package.manifest from the tutorial and I've triple checked file names and paths. I've killed IIS Express and rebuilt/launched the site and still no styles.

I've got a demo site running on CMS 7.15.3, I've followed this tutorial for adding a custom list view https://24days.in/umbraco-cms/2016/custom-list-view-layouts/
