We're experiencing multiple problems with the Media Section across multiple sites but I'll focus this post on one site with 2 specific issues.
First up our tree structure appears to have gone when you enter the Media section.
As you can see from the screenshot within the Images folder there are several child folders and image files but there is no option to expand these within the tree section. When we've looked in the database the relevant node ID's for parent child relationships all seem to match up.
Hopefully there's just a setting in a config file we've overlooked!
The second issue we're having which may be related is that when a user tries to move multiple media items Umbraco is moving the the whole containing folder and sibling media items even if they weren't selected.
For instance if we were trying to move Images A and B in the diagram below this is what happens.
The site has had a couple of upgrades. It was originally built in something around the 7.2 era before being upgraded to 7.9.2 and is now at 7.14.0.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as we're stumped!
