Failed to build models

Failed to build models. The type initializer for 'File' threw an exception.

at Roslyn.Utilities.FileUtilities.OpenFileStream(String path)

upgrading form version 7.14 to 7.15.3 ... my file IO version is 4.0.3.0

any any ideas ? i tried everything but nothing :(

I usually just look in task manager for VBCSCompiler stop that, delete the bin folder, delete app_data folder, delete obj folder and delete the umbraco folder, and try to restart.

This is on umbraco 8 tho.

update Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.CSharp.dll to last version with nuget
